The polls in PA-08 illustrates a problem with what will be a "PA SCOTUS flips the House" narrative if Ds take a narrow overall win. If that seat is at best a tossup, then the old PA 6/7/15 were probably gone/in trouble anyway. Lamb probably holds on in PA18 instead of 14. Etc.
