So this is 100% them not inviting her half the time so that they don't have to worry about not acting openly racist. Basically they exclude her so they can say all the racist shit they want without consequences, and justify it as her being "too sensitive" or something, right?

This is sad to me bc it seems that she doesn't see herself as Black, maybe not a major part of her identity, elsewhere she says she is yt psssing, which has to add an additional layer of confusion and hurt...like she can't seem to admit that that may be why she's being excluded.

Ppl need to realize that if ur going to date outside ur race knowing ur family will ostracize them, you better be prepared to be join em. If u can’t imagine a life w/o ur parents and blood family, dont try it. Getting left out hurts and idk why you’d wanna hurt the person u love

If I knew my family would treat my partner differently because of their race I wouldn’t be in regular contact with them.
