It's not an issue of if they can, it's if they will. From my 12+ year history as an AdSense Product Expert, I have not seen them often get involved in account ownership issues when the account holder gave it away themselves. Bad mistake with big consequences for you, unfortunate.

Here is a channel with the exact same issue that I have who was scammed by a phishing email and they got their Adsense account back. https://youtu.be/WR-CuxGE0Rk I have to believe if they will help them then they can help me. If not, should I just completely start over?

I asked some of my contacts within YouTube Product Expert team, and escalated it to AdSense staff as far as I have the ability, but they have been increasingly unresponsive, even to us PE's.

Thank you for doing what you can. I know it was my fault and the worst mistake I have ever made. This stands to destroy my livelihood and everything I have worked for. I just didn’t know, the email looked so real and I was so nervous. This is the hardest way to learn a lesson.
