I disagree. It's not a fundamental right. It's not like the right to remain silent. It is killing a human life, but I do understand and related to the reason to keep it as a choice. A black gent said that 50% of black fems get abortions. Education might be a key here.

Actually, abortion is a serious medical procedure that results in the termination of a human life. Our “fundamental rights” are enumerated in the constitution. Abortion doesn’t appear as one of those rights. The appointed senator doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

Anytime any reason and government will pay hmmm nope. Second and third trimester abortion is unethical and is just taking it to far! What are your plans on reducing crime, homelessness, fentynal coming over our border? What about gas prices leading to high food cost?

Abortion is already well protected by state law in California up to ~24 weeks. This proposal lacks specific language and potentially allows late term abortions up to date of birth at an enormous potential cost to taxpayers. Vote no.
