Why can no one in this government help me , a 66 yo citizen, get a visa to help my wife, a 61 yo paralyzed bedridden angel. I can't marry someone. Circumstances dictate that they can't be an employee or a student.Visitor visa no, because it is a wait of a year for an interview.
