    The best feedback (and critique) starts with asking questions and listening. The other person often knows so well, what she might be criticised for and can articulate it better. This is positive learning! :)

  12. A great way to constructively give feedback is still Ed de Bono’s thinking hats. Yellow hat (positive): what do you like? Black hat (negative): what do dislike? Green hat (creative): how could this be improved? I do this a lot because it forces me to see +/- and help grow!

  13. If you criticize, pls provide evidence or at the very least explain your point of view clearly. I love people who give critical feedback that I can learn from. I hate people who just criticize and don’t help others grow.
