Certain rights are guaranteed to "people" and some are reserved for "citizens." Voting is a right for citizens. But speech, due process, religion, assembly and other rights apply to everyone on our soil. I believe this was decided based on the language used in the Constitution.

For the most part. They have the right to speech, religion, due process, and others except for rights that are only for citizens, like voting rights. And, last time I looked at

Exactly. I can’t believe some people are confused about this. Citizenship gives you more options. Aliens can’t exercise rights of their country like bigamy, sharia law, pedophilia, spiral punishment for kids etc., since they have to follow rules and laws of the country
