Would it be totally redundant for me to explain why "Emotion" is probably the best album of the 21st Century? Echo chamber and all that?

The last time I listened to "Emotion" was on the car ride home from my stag. I was a broken man, the album had me on the edge of tears...

...But it still put that reliable glow in the middle of my chest. Like a pop Arc Reactor, holding back the shards of life in 2017.

The first time I ever listened to "Emotion", it was with one other person in a basement flat. I'd only heard a single track before.

("I Really Like You", probably the weakest the album has to offer.)

But we still stood up and danced, for the duration of the album. These songs I'd never heard before put the necessary rhythm* in my hips.

(*If you've ever seen me dance, you will know that I mean 'rhythm' in its very loosest sense here.)
