Plot reasons Force Awakens gives us to keep watching: 1. So what happens after ____ meets ____? 2. Oh so ___ gets some more training?

@whmullally Just come out. I'd argue it does enough to make the characters (Rey & Fin in particular) good company to make that the hook?

@AlexJaySpencer I do wanna stick around with Ridley and boyega, and I trust Rian Johnson. But those aren't plot reasons.

@whmullally I meant in terms of hooks for the next film but... tbf the Death Star is at least as abstract as a threat?
