I'm massively biased, natch – whether she realises it or not, Jen is a huge factor in me being able to go freelance in the first place. But please don't hold that against her.

Just gone back and dug up the first email Jen sent me, in March 2017, opening the door for me at OPM. When she moved to Edge, that gave me the nerve to pitch there, and the past two years bugging her over email has been a pleasure.
