in short: because Billy gotta Billy (I think?). No Zwan, first solo album, Zeitgeist, American Gothic or Teargarden tracks. Again, I *think* he wants a new mix of Zeitgeist, which will probably come after the long gestating Machina Remaster/Reissue. And Zwan. So no time soon...
