That is one videogame-ass TV show. Checking in with NPCs for fetch quests, armour upgrades, dialogue as punctuation between fights, the Dad Feels... I mean, the end of ep 3 is basically a Telltale-style branching decision. "Carl Weathers Will Remember That."

There is a scene later in the series that appears to be an homage to Red vs Blue too. God I love The Mandalorian.
