Depending on how much we're talking letter/spirit of the question... When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, the Billie Eilish album from earlier this year. The only credited co-writer is her brother.
I think he co-wrote basically every track, but it feels different to getting yer Jack Antonoffs or Max Martins in. They're a closed unit.

In that case, define 'major' but I suspect it is Speak Now. The big collaborative thing seems to be pop's current mode (and it's better for it, I think).
