How do people actually go issue by issue? It must be like trying to finish a season of Game Of Thrones by watching ten minutes of it once a month

Sometimes I wonder if this is part of why comics are so hobbyist. If you read 30 comics a month you get to be constantly behind on all of them, and new issues become an inconvenient nuisance. Problem solved!
