Okay, in the second episode of "You" the protagonist literally does a 'the real monster of Frankenstein is...' That might be self-aware enough to turn me around on this entire thing.

The whole performatively woke thing is a great example of, like... trying to figure out how many concentric circles of irony are at work?
Because it could be a comment on how 'woke' men aren't 'safe' (a word he uses in one of the episodes I think) or just an easy redemption?
