That’s looking to be a weird cocktail there. I can’t imagine the mayonnaise adds anything positive to your drink.

Hope I wasn't the cause of too many of those mines! ;-) But what on earth do you have in a Caribbean takeaway that warrants mayonnaise? I love the stuff, but time and place surely?

That was from having a couple of saltfish fritters as an appetiser while we Lego'd, and experimenting with a jerk/mayo mix as a dip.
