The Hulk is a weird-ass character. He couldn't support his own comic for more than six issues but became one of Marvel's best known characters. Basically everything everyone knows about him – green, angry, Bruce Banner – has been untrue at some point in his history.
He's always fascinated me, but I'm not sure I'd say he was one of my favourites. Polygon let me probe that weirdness and turn it into a pair of articles which I'm incredibly* proud of. (*yes, pun, sorry.)
