Addendum: The great part about that paper: Since Emerging Infectious Diseases is a peer-reviewed journal, and the paper was published on Feb. 6, it almost has to have been completed before the #COVID epidemic began; it has no bias, it's just scientists reviewing evidence.
There are legitimate articles and studies about the ineffectiveness of masks. It’s not bogus to inform people of such.
