    No matter what you do, big or small it matters & will make a difference. Screen for Delirium, talk to families/carers, teach on Delirium. Literally anything but doing nothing is not and should not ever be an option

    However, there are some principles of good care that every patient with delirium and every older patient will benefit from, e.g. maintaining mobility, supporting sleep, pain management to name a few

    Key to bring a change in culture is undergraduate education to thrash the attitudes at the foundation level. Dire need for the UG curriculum to be revamped and SDA is trying its level best to influence it
