what i actually did: drew a sphere in matlab what I said I did: “wrote a script to model the plasmonic NP morphologies required for the pre computation”
I had Matlab once but it was too expensive to maintain

Any tipping point between octave, scilab, and using anaconda platform (spyder ide for python) as a Matlab replacement? I have experience with scilab and spyder and find myself using python more.
