Intuitively true, yet I can't think of any real world examples. Nukes are cool. Nuclear delivery vehicles are cool.

nukes are, yes but gunpowder bioweapons the latter in particular bcz it’s existence can lead to cryptowarfare in peacetime doing nothing but make everyone worse off
