If he did, he could reserve his energy for his own projects and stop wasting his time spiting god. You are not forgiving people for their sake, sweet dingus. You are doing it because anything less is a drain on vital resources.
It just seems strategically unsound to allow demons to replicate until they run the place, especially as technology enables worse and worse forms of violence.

Forgiveness does not mean granting permission. Why would retracting blame prevent you from taking right actions? Do you need blame to activate yourself?

Usually. I am very conscious of heirarchy. Not the one that actually exists, mind you, more like differences in ability and disposition.
