Have you heard of gastroparesis?
Yes. They did a stomach emptying scan and it came back negative but I think it was flawed. They did it in the evening and with a small amount of food

Yes. I’ve had this issue as well. I’ve had similar issues. I hope you can get them to test you when your having symptoms. Also they can test intestinal motility as well as gastric emptying. Don’t give up!
