wait wtf
I had mirizzi's syndrome at one point and got my gallbladder removed, which probably saved my life, but I am still dying of something unknown. It took 5 doctors to figure that out.

Dunno, fatigue is worse but can't tell if it's just from not eating during the day or from throwing up so often or if it's something failing.
