I had mirizzi's syndrome at one point and got my gallbladder removed, which probably saved my life, but I am still dying of something unknown. It took 5 doctors to figure that out.

In Cannabis hyperemesis syndrome (constant vomiting), they found activating TRPV1 receptors via capsaicin via an absorbable medium, or by way of taking hot showers/baths, seems to regulate it. In cases of “mysterious” ailments, which this might qualify as, sometimes hypnosis can at least stop the symptoms. That might make your life easier while you figure out what’s wrong.
