What do you do about them when they form? And who does it? You may not be able to justify them, but you can't control them if without oppressive law. Then you pass a law, and leaders still rise to the top and they form anyway.
All law is coercive, some coercion is justified. To protect rights for instance. I don't have a good and complete answer to the question of heirarchy. I am not deontologically against it, but I think most hierarchies are a result of the state and as an AnCap I think that's bad
IMHO, I believe government creates structures, but in a democratic form of government, they true hierarchy defies the structure to get it's way, it just isn't always in plain sight.
