While there has never been a fully satisfactory theory of the origin of property rights, I buy Rothbard's fundamental analysis that ownership is at the core of all coherent articulations of rights. Therefore I cannot reject property rights.
Yeah Nestlé is a case of rights mismanagement by the state though I think. The government is who sells them the water rights.

Well they'd still be able to aqquire the rights to water sources. Theyd fuck over the poor people by giving them a deal they couldnt refuse and then taking that water. I dont think thats ethical, its prying on the less fortunate. It is similar to imperialism in my mind.

Well I mean. There may be problems of leverage but I don't think it would be as bad as Nestlé
