Stupid people are a good template for understanding what smart people are obfuscating. Especially when they are from the same culture, race, tribe, or family.

That's true. It's not a direct relationship. It's more like, whatever the intelligent do, they probably have similar cognitive foundations. It is a smaller bias than I made it out to be.

What do you mean by cognitive foundations?

I dunno. I think cognition is on a scale from reflexive to volitional and that smarter people have more volitional cognition but the same amount and types of reflexive cognition.
