Hmmm… Catchy, but I think mistaken: The core principle of the right is hierachy. The core principle of the left is that it hates hierachy. And in the main the Anglos just love markets.

I think the hierarchy stuff is more continental. Anglos are generally satisfied with a Darwinian outcomes processor.

Which is weird, because Darwinism is inherently more collectivist. Hierarchy is about getting what you have a right to, darwinism about the aggregate outcome for each population.
