I just want one person pushing for mass refugee intake beyond the immediate refugees troops vouch for who are willing to talk about why we won't see a repeat of what the UK and similar have dealt with.
I don't care if we do. Actions should have consequences. If immigration harms the US that will teach the US not to make light commitments to nation building.

I don't think it will be as bad as critics claim. It's also unclear how bad this stuff actually is because the critics are often dishonest racists and neolib governments hide stuff. But ultimately, it's immaterial--our obligation isn't minimized by refugees being disruptive.

if it harms anyone it will not harm the people who made the bad decisions, they will ensure it mostly only harms their domestic enemies
