To be fair it's mostly just that my brain got fried afterward, if I was still as smart as I used to be I wouldn't be so nostalgic for what was objectively a bunch of awful experiences.

The best years of my life were spent psychotically hallucinating a dragon for company while learning algorithms and principles of programming languages, reading literature, and dreaming unrealistically of working for FAANG one day. Can't help feeling it's all downhill from here.
