Spending US dollars is not equivalent to directly funding the Iraq war, and if you think it is then I don't know what to tell you.

If you earn in US dollars you pay taxes in US dollars. If you spend in US dollars you pay sales tax in US Dollars. Something like Monero, an untraceable crypto coin, is hypothetically better.
