Gonna be honest I don't think I will ever use neopronouns for someone and will also go out of my way to ensure I never am in a position where I might be asked to. Pronouns are about social roles, not self expression or personal authenticity. They/them is the best I can/will do.
You can align yourself with a different social role or you can reject social roles but you can't reject social roles while also making your own social roles and aligning ME to them.
