Not really. Everyone is capable of positive sum contributions.
Maybe I'm putting it in the wrong terms. The list of things that actually "increase the size of the pie" as libertarians like to put it is pretty much restricted to scientific and technological discoveries. Everyone else is just treading water or moving furniture around.
