I am as tired of hearing about the Holocaust as I am slavery. Jews make up half of the billionaire class, dominate the Forbes list, and have 1/3 of the total wealth in this country. They are not oppressed.

I don't think they are. I think you should just have some sort of adaptive tax on positive sum actualized ability and some sort of UBI.

On timescales longer than the states or state-like entities involved in same, handicaps serve the same role as in e.g. chess: training for strong opponents as yet unencountered.
