The dragon of chaos must be slain again and again, and like a hydra, every head cut off results in more heads growing. In this sense, reason is reduced to its vulgar traditionalist appropriation. The "reason" of bias and chauvinism becomes more real than fictional platonic reason

Unreason is not to be fetishized. All appearances of rationality are merely extensions of success. There is less difference between a dragon and a swordsman than most think. Broadly, the dragon is that which cannot but fight and the swordsman that which cannot but win.
