Well I mean, nothing can challenge your belief in free will, right? I think in principle I could be persuaded that my gender identity was different than I believe it to be or that it has different implications than I believe it to but in practice I would just think it manipulated
IE, it's been so consistent throughout my life that if it changed it would reliably mean "instrument error" or "malicious simulators" rather than anything organically changing or any revelation of knowledge.

eh, even if you took your identity "religiously", or whatever, it doesn't seem to be the source of problems (at least to me, if i were to take on the role of critic) just like 'free will' doesn't impact how people behave- they behave and reason *just like* free will exists
