Gnosticism reveres Light, as in the “intangible” or “that which makes visible”— an abstract precondition prior to the creation of cosmos & man. Hermeticism reveres the Human Form Divine, Life Everlasting, Man as the Image of God. They are opposed in their essential qualities.

Gnostic cosmology is radically monistic immaterialism & acosmism. “Gnosis” is recognizing that “everything is nothing.” Hermetic cosmology is Panentheistic (not pantheist, monotheist, deist, etc). “Salvation” is recognizing “God is in everything & beyond everything.”

The test is simply if one reveres the human form as the image of god or not.

Gnostics find the human form disgusting— sex they find disgusting— everything human they find disgusting. This is not Christianity, this is Luciferianism. Blake was not a Gnostic. Blake was not a Satanist. He was a *real* Christian.

“Not being associated with a Church” doesn’t make you a “gnostic”— this notion that political institutions represent God on Earth & not the Body of Man is the gnostic seed inside all the antichrist’s churches.
