we have to create better technology to capture the kinds of thinking we do when walking, or driving, or cycling, or showering i sit down to write afterwards and i can’t begin to remember/conceptualize where to start kinda try to use twitter for this, but it’s a mixed bag

They're injected thoughts from the future. Shower thoughts are a meme which means many people were lying about them which means the simulators had to guess who was lying which means some people are inheriting thoughts from simulations from the future

The future is defined by dumb politics as much as anything though so the good news is if you're socially credible you'll get tons of these thoughts but the bad news is if you're socially non credible they will steal all your thoughts and leave you empty headed

Most people don't notice because nothing in their being is outside of consensus reality (ie, there are large and agreed upon datasets defining how they experience things so of course they end up experiencing normality), but some people (usually accidentally) get outside of it.

consensus reality isn’t wrong, tho it just has no authority greater than individual reality (which has no authority over reality, of which we have no direct experience)

Reality is being perpetually cannibalized and reconstituted by a process of bottomless recursion known as human perception.

No I think the actual ontological world is in a constant process of being literally obliterated and reconstituted.

Like at a small level this is visible with the destruction/"simplification" pf diverse phenomenon over time. This then leads to the destruction and simplification of larger things, including ultimately time itself.

The obliteration of species in an ecosystem is analogous to the obliteration of phenomenon relationships facts, and this is evidenced both in the obliteration of species themselves but also independently in terms of things like cultural and linguistic death, capitalist everything
