No judgment is completely natural and healthy. If someone does something that doesn’t align with you then why shouldn’t you judge them? Judging doesn’t mean being rude but it does mean you have deemed them to be a certain way due to their actions.

Don’t you need to “judge” all ideas? If not you will agree with everything. And just because you judge something to be good, bad or indifferent now don’t mean you will feel the same in the future.
