No judgment is completely natural and healthy. If someone does something that doesn’t align with you then why shouldn’t you judge them? Judging doesn’t mean being rude but it does mean you have deemed them to be a certain way due to their actions.
What makes you think your ideals are worthy?

He isnt talking about judging other people, he is talking about the inevitable judgement one will cast on themselves according to how well they are living up to the ideal they set for themselves.
