It's either the logic pertaining to experimental procedure, in which case it's philosophy of science and the like (Galileo? Popper?), or it's an experimental (avant-garde?) form of mathematical logic/algorithm—so maybe Gödel.
I think he means positivism, the Vienna circle, thus protocol sentences and things of that sort
