In the world where words aren't just pointlessly redundant, extractive does not mean the same thing as zero sum. Something can be positive sum and still extractive. And positive sum games are not all morally equal.
Sure, but you can imagine circumstances where the local effect of a consensual transaction is profit and the long run effect is loss, like working for sandwiches instead of rent money or whatever

I guess the bigger disagreement is that "materially extractive" implies "utility extractive" or vice versa. You can steal things that are intangible and hence cause loss of utility, or extract tangible things without loss of utility.
