An inalienable right to replicate decision-making systems implies an inalienable right to replicate error-making systems. Would you have the right to do this if it were AI? Heterogeneous thought is important for the same reason as biodiversity, but some decision models are bad.

Alright, I lose on the constitutional question then (barring the Supreme Court weighing in on it in my favor somehow anyway). Still think that if the choice is between not having technology and not having fools who would hurt others with technology, the second would be better.
