The 9th Circuit Court just ruled that you don't have a right to open carry in public. This needs to be seen by SCOTUS. Hopefully someone there is able to understand what "shall not be infringed" means.https://washingtontimes.com/news/2021/mar/24/9th-circuit-court-no-right-carry-guns-public/ …

Replying to @RealSpikeCohen
From the article it sounds like it applies to concealed carry also.

Nah, I'm a US Citizen. I have every right to live here and influence its laws and comment on the court's interpretations of its laws

Why are you coming to the US if you don't appreciate its existing laws? Especially the basic ones such as the fucking 2A

You can come to a country for many reasons other than just the laws it has; like its culture, its economic freedom, the ability to succeed better than your native country. Looking at other countries as just its laws is very dumb.

Not to suggest a certain conclusion, but it may be worth meditating on how the fundamental laws of your country and the liberties they enshrine relate to its culture, freedoms, and opportunities.

^^^ agreed. Most people that oppose the right to carry have never studied why we have it. They think it's because of "hunting" or "home defense" lol

We have it mainly because we rebelled against the British, that's not hard to understand. That doesn't mean we need to have the right to conceal or openly carry a gun in the street whenever we want.
