"Prejudice is discrimination + power" formula implies that anti-majoritarian rhetoric can be prejudice in localized instances. This is a major bullet to bite, so I don't anticipate it being bitten.

If what you object to is power then solutions like "more minority representation in positions of power" should instantly appear to you as nonsense. This extends not just to armed forces and police, but to professions like teaching.
