There are wonderful videos of ACTUAL journalists going into inner-city neighborhoods asking people whether they have ID’s, and how to get an ID, and the residents rightfully looked at the interviewer like he had 3 heads.

Our Secretary of State will personally take a state van with the equipment out to anyone who doesn’t have ID and give them a valid photo ID. AFAIK, nobody has ever taken him up on that. Local radio host offered to drive those w/o ID to the nearest location, then buy them lunch.

They do, they're just by and large homeless schizophrenic people who aren't exactly in the loop in any respect.
