The idea of universal healthcare is absurd on the same basis as the idea of universal education: limited high IQ population. "Everyone gets a doctor" == "Most people get a doctor useless or actively hazardous to their health".

I see, yes. Excuse me a moment. *removes mask* Could we not simply use collective bargaining power to braindrain intelligent people from other countries to be doctors for us?
That would be an interesting way of applying pressure to the political class. I wonder if it could be coordinated or if it would work.
