The idea of universal healthcare is absurd on the same basis as the idea of universal education: limited high IQ population. "Everyone gets a doctor" == "Most people get a doctor useless or actively hazardous to their health".

but one doctor can handle many patients tho also we can just replace doctors with Physicians Assistants, and soon Algos.
Algorithmically assisted healthcare will resolve a lot of problems potentially. All the doctors I know are constantly swamped though, they can't really see more people.

That would be an interesting way of applying pressure to the political class. I wonder if it could be coordinated or if it would work.
