Wonder how precisely different businesses keep track of the IQ requirements of their profession. Either way this explains a lot. Degree inflation is not a good thing for anyone in the long run.
it is probably impossible to arrange a situation where businesses would more aggressively ignore any relationship IQ has to their profession outlawing paying attention to it would give the idea that there was some good reason to check it out and lead to under-the-table tracking
